About

Femoral acetabular impingement is a condition where on certain movements there is early contact of the head of the femur (thigh bone) where it attaches into your hip socket, which leads to pain, inflammation, and potential limitations in movement. This could be due to functional restrictions to the hip joint, abnormal bony deformities to the head of the femur or hip socket, or a combination of both. The Heal My Injury Treatment Plan helps to decrease this contact by improving hip function, mobility and reducing inflammation.
